I am sorry to be slow in responding.
1. We validated the drop in admit dates was due to our date shifting
since we had run all data characterization stats on our deid instance of
i2b2. The non-anonymized data set has no such problems.
2. Invalid values for admit source represented an error in mapping
values to CDM that we have corrected.
3. Inconsistency in weight data was related also to an error in our
extract procedure which we have corrected
