Comment:

Now that the dust is settling a bit on building CDM v3, Russ reminds me of
the importance of a common reproducible approach.

At HackathonThree, we agreed to support the SCILHS approach (#381), and a
number of teams have reported their experience using it:
  - DevTeams#kumc in #486
  - DevTeams#cmh in ticket:191#comment:10
  - DevTeams#mcw in a [http://listserv.kumc.edu/pipermail/gpc-
 dev/2016q1/002670.html March 22 message] etc.
  - DevTeams#mcrf in ticket:381#comment:6
  - DevTeams#mu in ticket:191#comment:10
  - DevTeams#uthscsa in #486
  - DevTeams#utsw in a [http://listserv.kumc.edu/pipermail/gpc-
 dev/2016q1/002490.html Feb 10 message] etc.

I believe these sites are using the SCILHS approach, though it might be
nice to get confirmation, as well as details on any adaptations they found
 necessary:
  - DevTeams#iu
  - DevTeams#wisc
  - DevTeams#umn

These sites report using other approaches:
  - DevTeams#uiowa - using another approach for reasons explained at
 HackathonThree:
    - rather than doing one ETL to go from clarity tables to the long-
skinny i2b2 observation_fact table and then another to go back to CDM
tables, at UIOWA, we developed SQL code to populate CDM from Clarity. #464
is a ticket to share it
  - DevTeams#unmc - using another approach due to some issue around ONC
standard coding that wasn't entirely clear at the time. #455 was assigned
 to elaborate
