It will be an extended process, to make sure you and we agree on each variable, 
and understand how it looks on your side, before we ask for actual data 
delivery.
If you got us data in a week, I wouldn't trust it . . . no one can move that 
fast.

 An updated timeline from Charon estimates:
   - 24 Feb: finalized study code version distributed to CAP/GPC
   - 3 Mar: final date for CAP/GPC sites to package and submit data to NU  for 
analysis

 That's a 1-week turn-around time. To manage that, it'll be important to  keep 
code available as it evolves so that sites can practice in advance. I  have 
started to use github for this (ticket:546#comment:9) and Al'ona  writes 3 Jan 
that she plans to do likewise.
