Yesterday, Al'ona asked if KUMC could send the table produced by the
latest code.
It has never run from start to end, so I'd be surprised if it works, but
I'm trying it anyway. I started it going 45+ minutes ago and it's slowly
working its way thru the meds part. There were some errors, too. I intend
to share details on the errors separately.
The latest code, as far as I know, is:

There's at least one known bug in this code: it doesn't have the right
list of LOINC codes (ticket:551#comment:11, ticket:551#comment:6).
