Hi Russ, Yes, ditto for MCW. For Clarification MCW’s NAACCR tumor registry in i2b2 was last refreshed 2/21/2017 for all cancers, and we did not limit the cancer types.

I know in side discussions Minnesota, MCW, Iowa, and KUMC have been in discussions wrt other NCI opportunities where this background info may help. - Nick: do you have this in hand at Iowa? - Brad: ditto for MCW? - Tim: UMN? - Dan and I are starting to look at for KUMC. There are 3 CRG rapid cycle projects approved so far, one is for cancer and one is for the CVD. We’ve been invited to participate in the CVD one – hopefully someone has responded to indicate our interest. I forwarded an email on that topic a few days ago. For the Cancer CRG, we will include sites that can rapidly turn around tumor registry data for all cancers. We want that to include all GPC sites!! I will need to know the true status of each site’s tumor registry data ideally by next Friday when our feasibility report is due. Sites will need to have up-to-date/fresh and complete data to participate and would have at most until end May to get to that point. I know Dan has been working with sites to update their data, and now I need specifics: · How fresh is the tumor registry data? This could be determined by an i2b2 query of diagnosis dates by calendar year by GPC site. Sites that refreshed their tumor registry source data in December should be pretty complete for diagnoses through June 2016. · How complete is the tumor registry data? This means (a) were data for all tumor types loaded and (b) were all key variables loaded (especially sequence number (central and hospital) AJCC stage, diagnosis dates, site-specific factors) If possible, can we also get an assessment of which sites have loaded data on molecular therapies in the CDM · Look for trastuzumab CPT (J9355) NDC (50242-134-68), and RXCUI (224905)? Find CPT and NDC in the Procedures Table, NDC in the Dispensing table, and RXCUI in the Prescribint table? A wish list item would be to also assess whether we can find molecular tests ordered in the CDM · HER2 CPT (88,360, 88361, 88342, 88377, 89586, 83950) and LOINC – I’m not familiar enough with these. In case you are curious, I’m attaching the Rapid Cycle project process that we are supposed to follow (just received it today). Thanks, Betsy Elizabeth A.
