 PCORnet CDM 4.0 includes a new field for spoken language.

 The valueset for this field is set to three alpha digits

 Example:
 ||AAR||Afar||
 ||ABK||Abkhazian||
 ||ACE||Achinese||
 ||ENG||English||

 Based on possibly very old Babel data, we're not consistently setting the
 basecode
 ||KUMC||<basecode>DEM|LANGUAGE:english</basecode>||
 ||IOWA||<basecode/><dimcode>English</dimcode>||
 ||MCRI||<basecode>DEM|LANGUAGE:e</basecode>||
 ||UNMC||<basecode>LOINC:54899:EN</basecode>||
 ||UTHSCSA||<basecode>DEM|LANGUAGE:english</basecode>||
 ||UTSW||<basecode>DEM|LANGUAGE:english</basecode>||
 ||GPC #67||<basecode>ISO639|LANGUAGE:en</basecode>||

 Do we have a standard developed?
 Do we want to convert to the 3-digit model that will be CDM compliant?
 Is this interpreted as separate from our existing Demographic / Language
 field?
