KUMC has CDM in Oracle Database. We have RStudio installed that can
directly talk to the Oracle database which host the CDM. We are able to
write R codes with embedded SQL queries for study cohort construction,
then data cleaning and building predictive models. For the pilot project,
we will pilot the automated analytic package on KUMC CDM and analytic
environment. It is critical for me to understand the capability of other
sites for project planning.
