Hi, Are we looking for pcori_pmp_wp001_nsd3_v01_2019 or pcori_pmp_wp002_nsd3_v01_2019?
Here at Allina Health, we only received pcori_pmp_wp002_nsd3_v01_2019 just like the screenshot below from Ashok? We never received a pcori_pmp_wp001_nsd3_v01_2019. Maybe that's the issue below? I think we have everyone else we need. Since it is for the Phase II final report I am going to say we do not need responses from the three new sites. We will just use the 9 sites remaining from Phase II. KUMC needs one of the pdf reports titled 'pcoriwp1r01_report' from the drnoc folder to consolidate the GPC site counts to submit the final report for PCORI.
