Mario & others

BP has much more settings for access to the data. MD2 & 3 has the usuall
minimal access one can set - Dr, Nurse, PM etc. In BP for each Dr, each
nurse etc there are a few dozen things one can change to restrict access /
give access etc. whch makes it so much more flexable.

Mario each PC in a Doctors surgery is different and has different printers.
One has to tell BP which bin to use for what etc. My own consutation room
has a printer with 3 bins. One for scripts, one for letters & one for
Pathology / Radiology. My second consultation room has a printer with only
2 bims. Hence we tell our software to send which print job to which bin or
even to which printer on a network. Some Doctors has a printer with only 1
bi - for scripts. They print letter to a network printer for example. All
these must be specified during setup. At home I have the same. Each childs
PC has a different printer, and although XP-pro finds these printers
automatically, one still has some settings one makes (example colour printer
must print B&W by default rather than colour).
