I spoke to a key person in my former AHS December before last, with much the same question. They weren't going to roll it out to some 30+ community centres, including my former one, because of the cost. They were already in debt and weren't prepared to go further in.

Preparing for CHIME back in '98 cost us several positions, though the resulting hardware, quite possibly still in use, got put to some other good uses.

Just one of the reasons I'm very sceptical re HealthConnect.
