My patch for "episodeselector.py" that seems to fix the problem for me
This problem has been around for the past several versions and
still exists in "2.0", albeit in a different source file now.
When I "Check for new episodes" I get a couple of warning messages:
There has been an error updating
http://download.rbn.com/cspan/cspan/download/aw_feed.xml:
unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'int' and 'NoneType'
There has been an error updating
http://www.the-scientist.com/xml/podcasts/theweek/index.xml:
unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'NoneType' and 'NoneType'

It does seem to find new episodes OK but when it's done checking
the "New episodes available" page is blank.
FWIW I've attached my patch for "gpodder-2.0" episodeselector.py
(I still get warnings, but now get a non-empty "New episodes available" page).
