Aloha Gary
mahalo for the update, I'm currently picking and processing coffee, not
a second to spare for GNSS.
Good to hear that the F9T is producing processable results, I see a lot
of strange behavior from my F9P, yesterday I reduced the interval from
one to five seconds, this morning the system was back to one second.
Looks like the board has problems with the heat in the box.
Sorry for the noise so far, I was pretty sure I had it nailed but the
more I stare at the problem...
Hope to get back with reproducible results soon.

Yo Werner!
I just ran a quick test of gpsrinex and CSRS-PPP. This way:
$ gpsrinex -i 30 -n 30 -f today.obs
Using git head, and an F9T.
I uploaded today.obs to CSRS-PPP and got back an "ultra-rapid" solution.
Worked fine. See attached today.obs.
So I'm unable to duplicate your issue. I'm taking this opportunity to
update the PPP howto and look around in general.
