issues. Some nice gpsrinex updates as well.

Uh, no. That would work for 8 -series, but not 9-series.
As the doc says: "This message is deprecated in protocol versions greater
than 23.02. Use UBX-CFG-VLAGET and UBX-CFG-VALSET instead.
ubxtool-examples now has an expanded section on 9-series. Please read it.

just before, and just after, the reset:
