Hi Pax,

Yes, GSA as in Oasys GSA. I've been working (in whatever small hours
of spare time I can get permission for from my girlfriend and work) on
linking GSA and Rhino.
Actually, not just GSA and rhino, but many structural analysis
packages and Rhino, but currently it's being developed for GSA as it's
the package we use in my office.

I'm really really close to a new release, I've been reprogramming it
in c# for the past 3 or 4 months which has meant I've been going
slightly sideways, but this really allows greater speed and flexibilty
to add lots of new ideas/functions. Taz is refering to some youtube
videos I've put on the wiki for this project, http://ssi.wikidot.com

Part of the ideas for this venture is to parametrically create a
structural analysis model basis in Grasshopper, I'm still working up
the mini gherkin model and will post it when it's done. I'll use this
as an example for this process, as well as a basic stadium that I've
already basically prepared.

I've worked on a couple of other diagrid structures, and I'm certain
this diagrid can be derived with not too many components or tricks
(but I'm not saying the diagram will be easy to follow). I'll try and
finish it ASAP (I got a start last night but didn't have enough time),
and will post it if it works. If it doesn't, I'll just slink
away... ;-)

Cheers,

Jon
