Rama is not at all my Reference Point. I dont want to be get involved in battle about Rama is myth or reality. My concern is on How to prevent communalising efforts of sangh-parivar & how to work for saving the livelihoods of common people. the bus burning and killing 2 innocent people in bangalore in the name of sethusamudram project is opened up a space for us(only if we used it) to stop communalising efforts and bring back the real issues on sethusamudram. 1. I feel The sanghaparivar ajenda is not opposing the project. Only communalising the issue 2. The karnataka bus burning was pure crime with a pollutant mix of hinduthwa agenda+ regional hate ( Tamilnadu- a state is targeted) in it. 3.Hindutwa forces always justified killings as a needed act for the cause. or by the religion & cast of the killed people. killing is treated as a way to mobilise more support through emotionalising it on Religious grounds 3. If we highlighted bus burning & condemn it Hindutwa cant justify it in any way. Emotionalising the bangalore killings will not benefit parivar. The sentiments to innocent people will be more than communalising effort. In Indian Context , always sangh parivar set the context for communalism and secularists will always work on opposing the context. A lot of secularists are now behind ram & Ramayana to provide a space to sangh-parivar to spread their hate.
