Thank you all for putting up with me. By completely wiping everything, and starting fresh with new .gabc and .tex files, I have successfully managed to get gregorio working. If anyone is having similar issues, I would be happy to run through my process.
If you wish to scold me for taking up your time or at least email inbox, please feel free to do so. You all were very helpful, however.
