The difference is in the calling of `\GreCustos` vs. `\GreManualCustos`.
The latter introduces an extra space (spacebeforecustos) before
calling the former, whereas the automatic custos just calls the former
on its own. So the code is working as it is written, but whether that's
desired behavior, I don't know.
Should spacebeforecustos appear before the automatic custos? I can
easily make this so. I can also easily make it so that
spacebeforecustos is not inserted before the manual custos. In either
case, `\GreManualCustos` will become a redundant function (it will do
the same thing as `\GreCustos`) and can be eliminated.
