As we (GROW chairs) understand it, the ops-inform author wants to produce another revision (hackathon @ Vienna?) and then request WGLC. We'll try to work this group of documents as a cluster. The chairs will hold draft-ietf-grow-bgpopsecupd until after WGLC before sending onwards to IESG.
