Having the same issue – running Mountain Lion; can no longer click
notifications to jump straight to Adium or iTunes. Seem to remember that in
the past, one could mouseover a notification to highlight it + prevent it
from disappearing, and dismiss it only by clicking the "x" button – now,
although mousing over a notification prevents it from disappearing, there
is no point in doing so since clicking anywhere on it just dismisses it
without switching focus to the relevant app. I understand the limitations
posed by the sandboxing requirements, but this vastly decreases Growl's
usefulness for me (and, I suspect, a lot of other people).
