With Growl 2.0, I started having the same problem with Skype.
I need Growl to jump to the specific conversation in Skype when I click on its notification. I cannot do without this. Using Growl Version Detective to upgrade the framework changed nothing. I've since gone back to Growl 1.2.2. I've paid to get Growl from the Appstore and can now not even use what I paid for. Please fix this immediately or refund my money..
