Keep in mind that there is no way for us to reply to reviews to try to help the 
people complaining about things, even things they are very confused about. Some 
people will rate you a 1 star if you aren't perfect, etc etc.  

However, when we reply saying something is fixed, it's probably a good idea to 
listen on our end. :)
