Hey guys... just got a new Mac and can't seem to get Growl working like I
have on other macs I have and I can't figure out why. I have an Air next to
me and my config is the same from Air to this computer and Growl acts
differently. (One thing that is different between the config is under
Applications on my Air which is working as I want, there are a bunch of
things listed. On my new comp, there is nothing listed. I don't remember
ever having to do anything for the apps to show up there so not sure what
to do.. this might be the issue)

What's happening is NOTHING pops up via growl notifications... no history
showing up, no messages, nothing. EVERYTHING is going to the notification
center. Under preferences, I have "OS X Notifications" set to OFF. I have
toggled this setting on and off just in case something didn't take the
first time... shut down and rebooted the system also. Still, everything
going to notification center.

Can I turn this off? or can someone assist?
