This is true - if you try to create two items with same name (in QuickAdd or
elsewhere), they will be made unique using a numbering scheme:  For example
if you create three actions and call all of them MyAction, the final names
will be MyAction, Myaction (1) and MyAction (2).

I'm not particularly fond of this, so I make sure to make each item unique
in the outset with the scheme above. It makes it more readable as well,
"Order hotel for Hawaii for Dec 20" (wishful thinking...) is better than
"Order hotel (9)". But, you don't have to do it and instead can rely on the
built-in mechanism to ensure unique ids.
