For those having trouble importing tiddlers, I found I had to downgrade to firefox 14 and manually import the tiddler "TiddlyFileImportr" from http://xn--mns-ula.dk/TW/Gilles/ by copying and pasting the content to an new tiddler with the same name in my active GTD tiddlywiki and tagging it with systemConfig (and reloading my tiddlywiki). It replaces the import utility with one the works.
