Hi, I've noticed that bandwidth limitation has become rather inacurate. On my system when outgoing HTTP traffic is throttled to x KB/sec, GTKG displays an outgoing used bandwidth for HTTP of more or less steady x+2 KB/sec (this is true for small and big values of x), it's similar with incoming HTTP traffic (here GTKG allows for approx. 4 KB/sec more than what I want). In earlier versions the used bandwidth almost never exceeded the limit of the bandwidth config.
Any ideas what may be causing this?
