Yes, that works, but now 2 questions arise:

- what does HTTP_OUT/IN_MAX have to do with LEAF_OUT/IN_MAX? One is
  HTTP, the other is Gnet traffic (use surplus bandwidth is off here)

- the values of LEAF_OUT/IN_MAX affect the bandwidth limitation in
  the way described above even if they are switched off in the config
  panel. Is that a wanted feature?
