Hi there,

I just wanted to give you notice that I successfully cross-compiled
Gtk-Gnutella 0.93 using a MingW cross compiler on Linux. Since my initial
post to the patch tracker, I made a bunch more changes, cleaned up my
patches and split them into several for easy of review. My list of patches:

  patch-1xx-prerequisites
  patch-2xx-windows-adaption
patch-3xx-hadiko-adaption (no you don't need that one, special local changes)
  patch-4xx-bug-fixes-and-improvements
  patch-5xx-debugging

not all of those bug fixes are yet in CVS. Improvements include, but are not
limited to, a tray icon. The first bunch is split up, and the first two
slices have been posted to the patch tracker. Those are:

  patch-100-common-include

This one adds a special header file that is included by all source files
for compatibility (see patch tracker for more details). Only this file
includes config.h[1]; it is called compatibility.h. Other than that, it
    is yet empty.

  patch-101-more-common-includes

This one addes a few more headers into compatibility.h that have been
traced by the dependency generator to be included by almost all files
(indirectly) anyway (and are sometimes included multiple times).

Those are basically trivial patches, easy to review, but they touch pretty much
all files, which is why they're first.

Yours, Rdiger.

[1] exceptions are the files generated by glade :-(
