Look, I am not particular fond of your delaying stuff. As I already told Raphael (that's that guy that could answer the question why he considered metaconfig to be better than autoconf only by a "it's by me, so it must be better!!!"): I don't need you to apply the patches. If you're not interested, then that's fine with me. Everyone who wants it to compile for Windows can contact me in private. All I asked for in this step was having an include file that's included as the very first of each and every source file. I asked you to provide me with a name to use, several times. There never was a response. See the patch tracker. (from 2003-10-26 17:00) | You want to treat this patch with a grain of salt anyway and | decide first which stuff you want to apply and which you want | to have reworked. And which header file you want to be the | one to be included by all files - common.h, gnutella.h or even | a new one. > We allready have common.h for that. You don't use common.h that way. Feel free to s/compatibility.h/common.h/ in my patch, apply it, remove dupes of #include "common.h" if you decide that's the file to use. As already pointed out in the patch tracker[1], you need to include that file by every and all source files. Just some of them is not enough. Of course, using common.h instead of compatibility.h will increase the number conflicts you'll have to resolve. And if you really do apply it, move the changes from the generated files to the template file and add the #include to gui.h as well because that's the best way to make the glade-generated files include it as well. > Op zo 09-11-2003, om 17:50 schreef R??diger Kuhlmann: Please fix your mail app and/or update to something remotely up-to-date.
