Quoting Daichi Kawahata <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
        from ml.softs.gtk-gnutella.devel:
:The following should/might be fix:
:
: * Mismatching unit of bandwidth (these should be kbytes)
:
: src/if/gnet_property.c:2499
: "Bandwidth limit for incoming HTTP traffic in bytes/sec"
:
: src/if/gnet_property.c:2519
: "Bandwidth limit for outgoing HTTP traffic in bytes/sec"

The problem is that the comments refer to the property. Internally,
GTKG uses bytes/sec for those. However, in the GUI, for convencience,
we propose setup of those in K/s, doing the conversion under the scenes.

And the property system automatically uses the property description as
the tooltip, which is nice but misleading slightly in this case.

I'd suggest you drop the bytes/sec in the traduction, since the unit
is displayed in the GUI. We can't do anything in English though,
unless we manually "translate" those strings into English by omitting
the unit, but that becomes messy.

For the other points, I tend to agree. However, I'm just recovering
from several severe hardware failures that took me all the free time
I had up to now, and unfortunately, I have other non-GTKG things to
do now.

I won't have much time before the release (this Friday or Saturday,
unless I get a crash of my running version).

BTW, your IRIX patch won't go in (for memory size computation) because
I have no way to test it here, and I would not like to corrupt things
so close to the release. I'm aiming at "zero changes" now, and would
like to release things as they are in CVS today.
