The element that seemed related to me was the 'large multiple selection' part, although I've had the other crash while selecting only a handful of items. My thinking was something along the lines of: multiple selection -> array -> wrong array element count -> error in memory allocation of array -> memory error -> crash. Which is a circumstance in which I can imagine it being the same bug. This may be utterly wrongheaded and ignorant of me. Writing code in C [or anything else] is something I do rarely and gingerly. >> No significant prior message. Yeah. I think I'll try getting a sub-optimal GTK+ 1.2 library going, probably from the Port project, to see if that helps. It might be a case of something working just fine on a x86 and phooey on the rest of you. - Matt ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
