    Myself and most of the other guys take the front tire to a good 
automotive tire shop for balancing.  They generally charge about $5 to $7 for 
the balance.  At first they well look at you funny but I believe the adapter 
for a Mazda wheel fits.  A shop that does a lot of expensive wheel sales and 
installation would probably be the best bet.
