By Joyce Alvares, Mangalorean.Com Team - Qatar Doha, Aug 10: 82 enthusiastic young boys and girls from Qatar are all set to travel to Cologne, Germany to participate in the Youth meet where they get to meet Pope Benedict XVI. The details of the youth meet can be found at A large crowd participated in the fiesta despite the dusty and windy weather. It was an evening to remember, with dance, music, games and loads of fun. Various stage items and the game stalls were put up by the youth of the parish. Bingo and raffle draws were conducted. There was also an auction of paintings. The highlight of the evening, however, was a dance presented by the Youth delegation that had the audience spellbound. This dance will be performed by the delegation in Germany. | |
