before some one asks about the negative reputation there was the city
that hate the avatar for killing their leader and the fisherman who
was mad at the avatar for disappearing when he was need.  I would
like comments on how to write up his earth bending.  I'm not sure how
strong it is.

Is there a reason for having such all the stats below 10?
