Small FAE warheads, perhaps EMP (for nuking whole flocks at a time). Flak.
Shrapnel rounds fired from a computer-controlled quick-aim cannon. Shells
are MUCH cheaper than Pigeons. Pigeons ARE rather delicate. Might be pretty
easy to pick them off. And if you slaughter a few REAL flocks of small-p
pigeons, who cares as long as you get the bomb versions?
