Hm... with large flocks in constant communication, wouldn't even a
shotgun-style anti-Pigeon weapon that shot one down simply act as a
signal for ten more to show up at once? In that case, maybe an
el-cheapo remote-control shotgun that can be put in place and then
left to shoot a few pigeons before getting blown up might be
workable... hm, hm, hm...
