How did you initiate the reset? A hard reset is accomplished by
holding down the number 4 key while pressing the reset button. You
press the reset button for about 5 seconds and then release it. But
you keep holding down the number 4 for about 20 seconds. This might
not have helped in your situation, though. But if it happens again,
this is something you can try, if you didn't, already.

As the subject line says, I lost the Paul reading voice. If I hold
down the five key, it stops talking or reading. If I hold it down
again, Kate comes back. I tried resetting, and even tried
reinstalling the firmware as I would assume this would be a software
