Exactally that is why I like it when I had my stream you had a minute to just hit the timer and reset and did not have to go through the steps of turning on the device and starting the book or etc. and resetting the timer. No, if you are sleeping it does not wake you up I know from many nites of falling a sleep and not getting woke up.
