yes, and kindle is currently working on "accessifying" the kindle by making 
the menus talk.  Having the booksense firmware read kindle books would 
siphon off some of their blind customers.  I wonder if the kindle people 
have thought of sharing their file format info with companies like GWMicro 
who produce book readers.  That would get them off the hook as far as making 
their hardware accessible, while still making money on kindle book sales.
