Occasionally when either listening to or deleting voice messages from the record folder on the flash disk, I get this sound, almost impossible to describe, kind of crackling, I can listen to, or delete another message, or the sound occurs a couple more times and then the Book Sense locks up. Taking the battery out and replacing it gets the BS working again. This seems to only happen when working in the record folder. Any thoughts?
