When using Window-Eyes 7 with the new Eloquence, I am unable to unload Window-Eyes and load Jaws. Also, when switching from Eloquence to DecAccess 32, Window-Eyes will not speak unless I reboot the computer. Worse yet, It did not come up talking automatically when I rebooted. I had to use Narrator to uncheck the startup options for Window-Eyes and reboot. I was then able to load Window-Eyes with DecAccess 32 speaking and reconfigure my startup options. A bit scary but it all worked out in the end.

Hi, I hope you don't get a load of this same question, but since I need both WE and Jaws on my systems at work I am wondering if there is an easy way to identify which Eloquence to uninstall or if I need to leave them all there? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Aaron Smith" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Darren Harris" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, June 24, 2008 1:01 PM Subject: Re: Window-Eyes 7.0 Beta 1 Is Now Available! > Please be sure to read through the readme, as the interaction between the > version of Eloquence is detailed.
