We are not seeing this. Do you have SAPI Eloquence or Viavoice installed? If so if you remove them does it solve this problem?

When using Window-Eyes 7 with the new Eloquence, I am unable to unload
Window-Eyes and load Jaws. Also, when switching from Eloquence to DecAccess
32, Window-Eyes will not speak unless I reboot the computer. Worse yet, It
did not come up talking automatically when I rebooted. I had to use Narrator
to uncheck the startup options for Window-Eyes and reboot. I was then able
to load Window-Eyes with DecAccess 32 speaking and reconfigure my startup
options. A bit scary but it all worked out in the end.

Hi,

I hope you don't get a load of this same question, but since I need both WE
and Jaws on my systems at work I am wondering if there is an easy way to
identify which Eloquence to uninstall or if I need to leave them all there?
