If this happens, it is normally because the button that shows/hides all is
set to hide.  You can press enter on this button and it will change or use
the window-eyes hot key to bring the sys tray to focus.

Hmmm! mine just says button button as I arrow threw them. but if I enter on
1 of them next time it will announce the name of the icon. I never heard the
label unnamed. strange!
