It's not control arrow, it's shift control arrow. I have a laptop and
I've never had to alter any settings to enable the key combination
for wineyes.
Try shift control arrow and let us know how it goes

Actually this is some kind of Windows setting I've run into before.
The ctrl-arrow key combinations which allow you to adjust speed,
volume etc of W.E. are set to change the display and rotate what
appears on the screen. I need to find where to turn off that setting
so the ctrl-arrows will work in W.E.
Had to do this at work a few months ago and just don't remember
where this checkbox is.
