That doesn't make any sense. If the Insert b bypass keystroke tells your
application, including window-eyes to ignore your next keystroke, then your
next keystroke won't do anything, will it?

From Section 8.12 of the Window-Eyes Manual:

If you want to assign to Window-Eyes a combination keystroke that your
application program uses, you can do so without causing a conflict. You just
have to use the Window-Eyes Bypass hot key (INS-B). Pressing this key tells
Window-Eyes to ignore your next keystroke, even if it happens to be a
Window-Eyes hot key.

No, you have it wrong. The bypass keystroke disables Microsoft hot keys and
allows you to use a window-eyes keystroke which may have previously clashed.

Not quite. The keystroke Ins-B bypasses Window-Eyes hot keys, not the other
way around. The key is disabling the hot keys for the graphics card.

I don't know about this specific graphics card but, with some, the
control+alt+arrow keys rotates the axis of the screen, eg uparrow will
control+alt+turn the screen upside-down! Therefore, as well as

disabling this feature from within the graphics softwre, I would expect a
solution would be to use the WE bypass key, insert+b.
