Rick About all I can say is that I have seen this problem for quite a while and it seems to be more prevalent in the WE 7 series. Could be coincidence as to how I use my pcs, or something to do with WE -- no idea. I have a hotkey to stop and restart WE; and also use the terminate script liberally to stop offending applications. One or both of these techniques will recover things back. The ultimate resort tool is rebooting.
