Does this netbook use realtech or soundmax for the sound card?

Hi,
I am using Microsoft Word 2003 and WE 7.01 on a Netbook. For some reason, there is a delay between pushing the arrow keys and the cursor response. I am not sure why or how to fix that. The cursor delay, I believe, is set to 1. What could be causing that? I am in normal view; zoom is 75%; Smart tags are off, and the only toolbars that are checked are standard and formatting. This is not happening with my desktop with Office 2000. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Warm regards,
Sahar Husseini
