windows Xp. I haven't seen them yet but I guess it depends

from what I read in reviews of netbooks, it's just that they
have slow processors, and while Word does absolutely
everything, that makes it a bit of a pig!

I am using Microsoft Word 2003 and WE 7.01 on a Netbook. For some
reason, there is a delay between pushing the arrow keys and
the cursor
response. I am not sure why or how to fix that. The
cursor delay, I
believe, is set to 1. What could be causing that? I am in normal
view; zoom is 75%; Smart tags are off, and the only
toolbars that are
checked are standard and formatting. This is not happening with my
desktop with Office 2000. Any help would be appreciated.
