Hi Steve, I'm having the problem also. I also don't have a password on my account, do you have a password on your account? if not, then I'd really suggest GW try again without passwords, as I think that was an excellent observation.
I'm also setup as an admin, and that could be the key issue; is anyone having the problem who is not setup as an admin?
