Hi what happens when you take your mouse pointer to the message list and click on a message. This seems to be a focus problem in outlook not really a problem with window-eyes. I can reproduce this both with jaws and window-eyes. And using the focus control script I can focus the table view and all is read fine. This is why I think this has more to do with outlook then window-eyes. Now if you are having issues where other lists are not tracking end the explorer process and restart it. and see if this helps.
