Hi Jim, Sorry, but it's definitely a window eyes problem for me.
clicking with my mouse does not help, and my focus is ok. I can tell it's ok because I can use the up/down arrow keys to go to different messages, and while WE won't read them in the list, if I press enter, outlook will open them and then I can read that particular message. I can then press escape, go back to the list WE won't read, go down a message, press enter, and now a different one opens and I can read it. it's definitely not a focus issue for me.
